Materials

We use the materials of the most prominent national and foreign suppliers, based on:

  • NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber), SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) as well as natural and fluorocarbon rubber.
  • silicone rubbers
  • polyurethane rubbers and other with the following characteristics:
  • oil resistance
  • acid resistance
  • high and low temperature resistance
  • wear resistance
  • ozone and UV resistance
  • intended for food contact
  • all purpose

Materials are available in the range of hardness: 25 to 90ᵒ Sh.

The colour of the material may be standard, but also we are able to produce the colour according to customer’s needs.

resistance to common organic solvents, oils, grease and fuels; good elasticity and tensile strength; small deformations under compression
SBR 
(Stirene Butadiene Rubber )
high mechanic durability; fracture resistance; resistance to ageing and thermal fatigue; elasticity; well mechanical vibration absorption
EPDM 
(Ethylene Propylene Diene Modified Rubber )
good chemical resistance; light, heat, oxygen and ozone resistance; temperature working range from -50°C to +130°C, special variants up to +150°C
CR 
(Chloropren)
combines the resistance against environmental factors with good hardness; resistance for fractures during multiple bending; ozone proof
FKM 
(fluorocarbon rubber)
excellent chemical resistance against fuels, alcohols, acids, oils, solvents and other; weather and corrosion resistance; constant deformation resistance; working range from -40° to +250°C; vulcanizates FKM reveal self-lubricating features
MVQ 
(Silicone)
durability and resistance in a very wide range of temperatures: -60° to +250°C; resistance to UV-radiation and ageing; flame retardant
PU 
(Polyurethane)
abrasion resistance; elasticity; extended tsress resistance; oil, grease and weather proof; it reveals significant mechanical vibration absorption
